How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is 120 EGP across Egypt.

Shipping is 150 EGP for the following governorates:

• Aswan — أسوان

• Luxor — الأقصر

• Matrouh — مطروح

• New Valley — الوادي الجديد

• North Sinai — شمال سيناء

• Sohag — سوهاج

• South Sinai — جنوب سيناء

• Suez — السويس

• Red Sea — البحر الأحمر

Why is UniFam shipping more expensive than some other stores?

How do I place an order?

Choose your product, select your size and available options, add it to your cart, then complete your information at checkout.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order has not been dispatched, we may be able to change the size, color, quantity, or delivery information.

Sizes & Fit

How do I choose the correct size?

Check the size chart available on the product page before ordering.

We recommend comparing the measurements in the chart with a similar item of clothing that fits you well.

Do not select your size based only on the size name such as M, L, or XL. Measurements can differ between products and fits.

What should I do if I am between two sizes?

Your choice depends on how you prefer your medical wear to fit.

Choose the smaller size for a closer fit or the larger size for more room.

If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and send us your height, weight, and preferred fit.

Do all UniFam products have the same fit?

No.

The cut and fit can vary between scrub models, lab coats, pants, and other products.

Exchanges & Returns

You can request an exchange within 14 days according to UniFam's exchange policy.

The product must meet the conditions stated in our exchange and return policy.

What condition should the product be in for an exchange or return?

• Unwashed

• In its original condition
